Here at Grimsby Community Energy, we’re always looking for ways to give back to our community and make a positive impact. That’s why we’re thrilled to share the latest results funded by our Community Benefit Fund: brand new lighting at their cycle hub!

This upgrade brings a number of benefits, not only for their staff but for the environment as well:

• A Brighter Workplace: The new lighting creates a much more pleasant and welcoming environment for their staff. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about improving well-being during those early morning and late evening shifts.
• Cutting Costs: The energy-efficient lighting technology we’ve installed will lead to significant savings on their electricity bills over time. This means all the money saved can be reinvested into further helping the local community.
• Reducing Their Carbon Footprint: By switching to more efficient lighting, we’re making a real difference in reducing their CO₂  It’s a small step, but it’s one that contributes to their commitment to environmental sustainability.
